- 2.21.06 - Gina Gershon has been cast as one of the stars of NBC's pilot Lipstick Jungle about three very strong and powerful business women in New York City.
- 6.2.04 - David E. Kelley will develop his own reality show that will include real lawyers. In creating a real firm, the lawyers/players will handle civil cases with binding arbitration presided over by sitting or former judges (the same type of binding arbitration as used in various syndicated court shows), and at the same time be vying for a partnership position within the lawfirm. NBC has ordered up 8 episodes which will be produced by Kelley and Renegade 83.

- 12.2.99 - Although ABC recently ordered a full season of "Snoops," it looks like they are now cancelling the show. ABC has decided that their smash hit, "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," should take the Sunday 9pm slot, which would force "Snoops" to move to Thursdays at 10pm... opposite the most popular show on television, "ER." With "Snoops" already having ratings troubles, and Paula Marshall leaving the show, Kelley decided not to continue. Production is expected to end after filming its 13th episode.

- 7.27.99 - Entertainment Weekly reports that David E. Kelley is going to be much busier this season than any of us first thought, due to a change with "Snoops." Although Kelley created this new show, it was only going to be his "in name only" and he was planning on being very hands off. That was until Kelley saw the episodes being written by executive producer Rob Thomas. Kelley didn't like them and decided to take control of the show. Thomas has now quit. Now Kelley will be overseeing "The Practice," "Ally McBeal," and "Snoops," while also helping to revitalize "Chicago Hope." (And don't forget the new half-hour show "Ally.")
- 7.15.99 - Edward Kerr has signed on to be a series regular on "Snoops." This will not be the first time he has worked with Gina Gershon since he was also in the movie "Showgirls." Kerr will play homicide detective Lt. Greg McCormack, Dana Plant's (Paula Marshall) ex-boyfriend and ex-boss.
